Off to the Zoo

Today I went to the zoo with my mom and dad. Today we even got to ride the train all around the zoo!
I asked the Conductor if I could take a picture with him. He said "okay" and took me up to his seat! He was a great conductor.
Mommy and I liked to go into the Tundra where it was nice and cool. We had fun looking inside an igloo.
There was a T-Rex, too! I love dinosaurs!
We went to pet the goats. They came right up to me - I wasn't so sure about that!
Mom and I found this big head...it was huge!
It was so hot, so we stopped to get a nice cold pink lemonade.
We were walking along and saw this snake running across the sidewalk. It must have gotten out!
I like turtles. They're so cute.
I had a lot of fun at the zoo! I hope we can go again sometime.

Let Summer Begin!

Today I went to a splash pad with my best buddy, Patrick.
We went through the tunnels and got wet.
Patrick and I stood under the buckets and got soaked! It was AWESOME!
After we got all wet we went to the playground.
We even got to race down the slide.
I had a great time with Patrick at the splash pad! I hope we can go again sometime.

Time with my family

When I was in Iowa I went to my Grandpa Verton and Grandma Pearl's house. I got hungry so I ate my banana by my grandpa's fish pond. He has lots of fish.
Then, Tammy and I played with some airplanes. Mine went the farthest.
Then, it was time to help get ready for Uncle Michael's party. I helped a lot. I carried 1 chair!
Then, I helped Tammy unwrap candles.
After we were all ready for the party I went back to my Grandpa Denny and Grandma Lou's house. I blew bubbles with Grandpa Denny.
I played a game with Grandma Lou.
Then, I blew bubbles with Grandma Lou.
I played peek-a-boo with my mom.
Then, it was time to do somersaults.
My dad thought he could do a headstand.
Grandma Lou did, too! She did really good.
My mom made me take some pictures with Grandma.

After we took pictures we went out for dinner and I fell asleep during dinner. We had a busy busy day.

Let's Get This Party Started!

I went back to Iowa for my Uncle Michael's graduation. We drove and drove and drove. We were in the car for HOURS! My mom gave me a map so I could see where we were. We went from Oklahoma to Missouri then to Iowa!

Finally we made it to Iowa. I was so happy to see my Grandma Lou!
It's almost my birthday so we had a party with all my family. Grandma Lou made a caterpillar cake for my bug party. I love bugs!
We had good food to eat.
My Uncle Michael likes the Cardinals. I don't know why...the Cubbies are the best.
We played a fun game. We had to throw a bug beanie baby into a bucket to get points. Tammy won! She's a good thrower.
Then, it was time for cake. My cousin Tate stood by me while I blew out the candles.
I had a good time playing with Tate. I was so happy I had a good birthday party.

I Graduated!

Today I graduated Pre-Kindergarten. I had to dress handsome and cool with my shades. We went to my school and I had to wear a cap and gown. We sang three songs for our moms and dads.
I'm being silly while I wait for the next song to start.
Then, I got my diploma.
I can't believe I did it!
My mom kept taking pictures of me. She says she might cry because I'm not her baby anymore.

I wanted to take a picture with my good friend. We always play together.
I even get to keep my tassel! Today was a good day. In a couple days I get to go see my Uncle Michael graduate too - but I graduated first.
