On the Road Again...

We got the car all loaded up and ready to go back home to Oklahoma. We almost couldn't fit everything in our car because we had to bring back so many chips. People at my dad's work wanted us to bring back some for them because they're so good!
I got all packed in my seat and ready to go!
We stopped off for some lunch and I had to play in the snow for a little bit. It's so cold!
I finally fell asleep in the car. I was so tired.
I had such a good time in Iowa. It was fun to see everyone. I liked seeing all the snow, but it was so cold in that town!

Another Christmas!

We went to go see my Grandpa Charles and Grandma Rae. I got lots of cool toys like this Memory Game. I'm good at Memory!
I also got Tic-Tac-Toe. I'm not very good at it yet, but I just have to keep practicing.
I got the coolest cars from my Uncle Robbie! They're awesome!
I was so tired! I fell asleep in the car and couldn't even say good-bye to Grandma Donna and Grandpa Carl. I was so sad I kept sleeping and wouldn't wake up. But, I will see them again.

Cheese, Grandparents and Guitars

I went down to Kalona to see my Great Grandpa Verton and Grandma Pearl. But, we had to stop at the Cheese Factory first and watch them make Cheese Curds.
When I got to see Grandpa Verton we watched a cool movie. It was all about animals. Here I am with my Grandma Pearl and Grandpa Verton. I'm so happy I could see them again!
Then, I went back to my Grandma Donna's house. I played in a Rockbank with Uncle Brian and Uncle Michael. I was so good on the guitar.
I had to try the drums too.
I'm a rockstar!!!
Here's me and Grandma Donna.
I helped her sing.
Then, Grandma tried to play the guitar and I sang. Uncle Brian got really good at the guitar too. He practiced a lot.
We played and played so hard and we got hungry. We made popcorn. I haven't ever seen popcorn made like this before! It was popping and popping all over the place!

Games and Birthdays

We were playing a game. I drew a picture and everyone had to guess what it was. It was fun and I was a good drawer.
Uncle Brian held the board for me while I tried to draw a picture.
It was also Grandma Donna's birthday. We went to a restaurant to eat and they came and gave her a hat and sang a song. I think she's 20 years old.

Washing Clothes!

I helped my mommy wash some clothes at Grandma Lou's house. I had to put all the clothes in the washing machine.
There were so many buttons I didn't know what to push. But, I finally found the start button.
Look! I see my pajamas. It was fun watching my clothes get all wet and go around and around.
After we washed some clothes it was time for bed. I got mad and tried to hide in a chair.

Christmas with the Widmers

The next day we all went down to see my Widmer cousins. There were even other kids there. It was awesome! Here's my daddy and Uncle Michael playing basketball.
I'm playing air hockey with my cousin Makayla.
Grandpa Carl and Uncle Brian found a floor hockey game. So, I went and played that with them. I've never played hockey before.
I tried to be the goalie for a little bit.
My daddy was playing volleyball. He hit the ball so hard and it went over the net!
After we played all those games we went to my Great Grandma Marie's house to eat dinner. But, first I had to play Duck Duck Goose with Tammy and my cousins, Makayla and Leah.
I got a cool Mr. Incredible toy from Great Grandma Marie.

Merry Christmas!

We went to Grandma Donna's house for Christmas. I helped Aunt Tammy make the fruit salad for our Christmas breakfast. I love fruit, but raspberries are my favorite!
After breakfast I played a game of Chutes and Ladders. Grandma beat me.
Then, I opened up my presents from Grandma Lou Ann and Grandpa Denny. It was so exciting! I didn't know what they were.
My favorite book "There was an Old Lady who Swallowed a Trout"! It's the silliest book in the whole world.
I also got a cool Lightning McQueen sweatshirt! I love it!!!
Then, we all played another game. Mommy and Grandma Donna were on a team. They did really bad. I had to show Grandma Donna what to do.
Later it was time to open up more gifts from Grandma Donna and Grandpa Carl. Here's Grandpa Carl with his corn on the cob holders that look like pigs.
I got the coolest tractor from Grandpa Carl. It's so awesome!
Then, I got my very own music player from Grandma Donna. Mommy said I could even keep it in my room! It's so exciting!
I had to help Tammy and Sam build with the new building thing Brian got me.
After all those presents I was ready to go to bed! It was a fun day.

1st Day of Vacation

My Christmas started out great when I got a letter in the mail from Uncle Randy. I was so surprised to get a letter in the mailbox with my name on it! Inside there was a card to Toys R Us. I can't wait to go pick out my favorite toy. Thank you Uncle Randy!
My Mom, Dad and me all went to Iowa for Christmas. The first day we were there I went to see Alvin and the Chipmunks with my Grandpa Carl. Then, my daddy and I went on the carousel. It went super fast!
After that we went to my Grandma Pearl and Grandpa Verton's house. We ate a lot of food and then opened presents. Grandma Pearl and Grandpa Verton gave me the coolest marble roller!
After presents we all got dessert and played a game. I was the roller and rolled the dice so everyone knew how many to go.
I was on a team with my cousin Vanessa and Aunt Tammy and Uncle Sam and Uncle Brian. We won!
After all that fun it was time to go back to Grandma Lou's and get ready for bed. Her sinks were so high--I had to sit on the counter to brush my teeth! It was so silly!

MMM....Banana Bread

Today I helped my mommy make banana bread for my teachers. I helped my mommy get all the 'gredients. It was a lot to carry. I had to be very very very careful with the eggs, they can break.
I was in charge of the bananas. I had to peel them and mash them. It was fun to smash them. Mommy says I'm such a good smasher!
They were in the oven FOREVER! Then, they were done and smelled so so so good.
My mommy put the ribbon on and I wrote my teacher's names. I can't wait to take them to school tomorrow and give it to them.
