Trick-or-Treat

I'm Captain America for Halloween.
I went trick or treating with David and Patrick.
Here's Patrick and I at the first house. You have to knock on the door and say "Trick or Treat" and then they give you candy!
Look at how much candy I'm getting!
We all had a good time! We walked and walked and walked...but I got a lot of candy.

Trunk-or-Treat

I went to a Trunk-or-Treat with my best friends David and Patrick. They had lots of games! After you played the game you got a piece of candy. Here I had to throw a piece of candy in a pumpkin's mouth.
Here's David and I playing a fun game. We had to pick up bags with our mouths. We couldn't use our hands and our knees couldn't touch the ground. Once we picked them up a lady cut the bags shorter...
and shorter...
and shorter!
I DID IT! It was a tricky game.
Then, I got to Chuck a Chicken. I had to throw a rubber chicken into a bucket.
Then, I had to throw a bean bag into a clown's mouth. I did it on my first try!
I got to hit a baseball too. I hit it so hard - it even went past the net!
Then, I got to practice hitting a nail with a hammer.
Then, I got to pick out a piece of gold from a pirate! AAARRRRR Matey!
I had a fun time with David and Patrick. I can't wait until tomorrow when I get to go Trick-or-Treating with them!

Carving my Pumpkin

First my dad and me drew our faces on our pumpkins. I decided to wear my cape and flags from flag football.
This is the face I drew.
After my mom cut a hole in the top I pulled it off. YUCK! It was slimy and messy!
My mom and I got the seeds out and cut out the face. Isn't it a cute pumpkin?
Here's my pumpkin and the one my dad did. My dad only gave his pumpkin one eye! What a silly dad!

Last Football Game

Today was my last football game. I needed to stretch before the game.
I'm playing defense and getting ready to block the other team.
Today I even got the ball and ran!

After the game we all lined up to get a certificate and goodie bag from our coach.
It was a great day!

State Fair 2010

Today I went to the fair. I was so excited. We got on a school bus that took us to the fair. My dad and I sat in the way back of the bus.
There weren't any seatbelts on the bus! It was so bumpy. I was bouncing everywhere!
When we got to the fair we went to kids building and I did some science with bubbles.
My friend Patrick came and he helped me do the bubbles.
There was a thing that you press your hand on and it changed colors! It was cool to do the science stuff.
Then, we went to see the animals. We even saw a cow show. I want to do that someday, but I don't have a cow.
Next, we moved onto the chickens. There was even an egg in there! Daddy liked to make chicken noises. Then, all the chickens started bawking! Silly Daddy.
This was the biggest goose I've ever seen! Hmmm...I wonder what kind it is?
Patrick and I even got to feed a goat!
After all the animals I got hungry. I got my favorite...a corndog and lemonade!
Patrick and I went on some rides. We went on the biggest swing! It was so much fun flying in the air.
Patrick and my dad went on another ride. I wasn't tall enough to go. But, my dad was flying like Superman!
Then, I went on my very first roller coaster. It was so much fun. I couldn't even believe how much fun it was.
We went to one more place. We saw Sarah the Cheese Lady who was carving the Tulsa Driller out of cheese. Can we go home now?
I had a lot of fun at the fair! My favorite part was riding the bus. I can't wait to go again next year.

Grand Old Flag

I learned a new song in school. Its "Grand Old Flag", but I don't know all the words yet.

Football game at night!

We got to play our football game at night, with the lights on! It was soo late when I got home, I had to go right to bed and I was tired. (Sorry for the poor pictures, blaming it on the camera settings.)

We got our team pictures taken (professional ones also).
I got to play center for all the game! Down-set-hut and hike the ball.

The action can get fierce!

Thanks Grandma Donna!

My new blanket is soft, and huge! Perfect for after a shower!
