First time for everything!

Today I went ice skating with my mom. It was the first time for both of us. It was pretty scary at first but then I got the hang of it! I hope I get to go again soon! 

Learning Piano...

I have a keyboard, so I have decided to learn how to play some songs on it. My mom is helping me but I've been practicing a lot.

Snow Day!!

Today we had about 4 inches of snow in Tulsa so our school was cancelled! SNOW DAY!!! I had a lot of fun playing in the snow this morning! 

Here's a video of me trying to sled....it didn't work out so good. Hopefully there will be more snow in Iowa where there are bigger hills!

Today we had our last flag football game. It was a great game! We did a "center fire". After I snapped the ball I went out for a pass. I caught it one handed and ran the ball in for a touchdown! It was awesome!!! I was on a great team and we all had so much fun this season! 

Green Smoothies!

Today we decided to start drinking smoothies. This one has mango, pineapple, banana and spinach! It is so delicious!

Can't wait to see what we make tomorrow!

Hut, Hut, Hike!

Today was my first flag football game! My team's name is the Bulldogs. We had to be sure to stretch before the game. 

 I'm #6 and play Center. Here I am hiking the ball - it's harder than it looks!

Today we went bowling and I got to bring my friend, Owen! We had a great time bowling...I even got a strike! 

Then we got some chocolate chip cookie dough shakes! What an awesome day! 

Third Grade

Today was my first day of 3rd Grade! My teacher seems really nice, but she talks a lot! 

Cousin fun in Iowa

Last weekend we went to Iowa to visit my family. I met my new baby cousins, Arlo and Kona. They're only 5 weeks old. I had fun playing with Hugo and Lucas. Hugo's a great baseball player and a very fast runner! 

 Here's me and my cousins with my Great Grandma Pearl. It was hard getting all the babies to hold still and smile for the camera.

 We went to the part with my baby cousin, Lucas. He LOVED seeing the ducks at the park. It was our last day together. I will miss him. But, at least I will see him at Christmas. Look at his cute little smile!

Play Ball!

Tonight was the our first baseball game this season! Our team name is the Rangers. We gathered around the coach before the game.

 Coach told me to get ready to play Catcher! I was excited to play catcher just like Uncle Michael.

 It's really hard to move with all this gear on.

I can't wait until my next game on Monday!

Mad Science Birthday

Today was my Golden Birthday! I invited all my friends over to have a Mad Science party. The first thing everyone had to do was put on their lab coats, safety goggles, mustaches and their special guest pass id's

to my laboratory.

One of our favorite experiments was when my dad made dry ice bubbles! He put dry ice in a bowl and used soapy water to make a bubble ontop of the bowl. Then, the bubble got bigger and bigger and bigger...until it popped! 

We did several experiments like color changing milk and erupting volcanoes. We even made glow in the dark slime! 

For the last experiment we put mentos candy into diet coke to watch it shoot up into the air. Everyone got a little messy with this one - but it was AWESOME!

Camping with my dad

Me and my dad went camping.It was cold.But we had fun.Caught my very first fish.It was exciting.I ate hot dogs.I went hiking.But I didn't like it.Because we went too long and I felt like I couldn't even feel my legs. I can't wait to go again.
